Shipping policy

Refund & Return Policy

At Coast Maui, every piece is made with care and inspired by the ocean we love. We want you to feel happy and confident with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Returns
Because each item is handcrafted and often made to order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at info@coast-maui.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

2. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or style, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to help arrange an exchange if the item is available.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and sustainability reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom or personalized orders
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
